Kim Kardashian frankly admits that she is “shocked” by Adam Lambert’s “American Idol” loss, claiming he “just has IT!” to be the champion. Reality TV star and socialite Kim Kardashian expresses her disappointment that Adam Lambert didn’t win at “American Idol” result show on Wednesday, May 20. She says, “I am not gonna lie, I am shocked Adam did not win American Idol!”, she says in a statement.
“I think Kris (Allen) is talented, has an amazing voice and is adorable but Adam just has IT! Regardless, I think Adam will go on to make many albums and be really successful, as Kris will be too,” she continues. “I dont know, maybe Kris is the safer choice…”

Summer is just around the corner and Kim Kardashian is ready to show off her body. "I feel great.
I am ready for the bikini body," she told PEOPLE on Wednesday at an opening bash for Dash, her new Miami boutique with sisters Khloe and Kourtney, at the Clevelander hotel in South Beach. "I am eating well and I go to the gym every day and I already see a difference."
The 28-year-old reality star had blogged in March that she wanted was motivated to "get in better shape and tone up" after unretouched photos of her from Complex magazine appeared on the Internet.
Besides working on her body, Kardashian who wore a sexy, form fitting sleeveless dress at the bash, hosted at the hotel's 1020 Music Boxx Club is also ready for her siblings to take center stage .
In their own Keeping Up with the Kardashians spinoff, tentatively titled Kourtney and Chloe Take Miami. The E! show will focus on their new life running Dash in the south Florida city.
At the party, Khloe told PEOPLE that she's ready to jump back in the reality saddle even after her unhappy experience being a contestant on the Celebrity Apprentice. "I couldn't wait for it to be over to go home," says Khloe. "I don't regret it, but I would never do it again." Though she isn't the star of her sisters' new show, Kim says she'll be making guest appearances on the Miami set with boyfriend Reggie Bush. "He'll be spending time with me during the shoot," she says.
And Kardashian reported that stepdad Bruce Jenner is looking great after his recent facelift, which was revealed on an episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians. " I think Bruce looks amazing!" she said. "I'm all for looking your best, no matter what it takes."

If you're intent on keeping up with Kim Kardashian, then head to AJA Channelside on Friday. That's where the celebutante will host the nightclub's Memorial Weekend Kickoff Party.
Kardashian, the de facto star of the E! reality show Keeping up with the Kardashians, will work the microphone, take photos and mingle with the crowd.
"She's going to have a table in the main lounge, so she'll be extremely accessible to all guests," said AJA spokesman Enrique De Jesus.
"At AJA, part of our motto is that we have no red ropes. Once you make it through the door, everybody is VIP."
Kardashian is bringing along her gal pal Brittany Gastineau from the E! reality series Gastineau Girls. Local deejays Ku and Tha Mixfits will spin. Kardashian, 28, graced Tampa Bay with her presence during Super Bowl week.
She stayed at the Hard Rock, co-hosted the Leather and Laces party at Jackson's Bistro with Carmen Electra and Jenny McCarthy, and stopped by the Moves Magazine party at The Venue, co-hosted by her boyfriend, New Orleans Saints runningback Reggie Bush.
That week, Bush also visited AJA. When the club's promoters set out to find an A-list host for Memorial Day weekend, they worked their Bush contacts to get to Kardashian. "Anytime we do any celebrity-driven event, our goal is to first and foremost give back to our customers," De Jesus said. "It's not every day, especially in Tampa, that you can go to a night club and be able to interact with a celebrity of her caliber."
Since it opened in January, AJA has also hosted Pamela Anderson, Kendra Wilkinson from E!'s The Girls Next Door, and deejays AM, Vice and Jazzy Jeff. On Saturday, AJA will be open from 9 p.m. to 3 a.m, with DJ Roctakon of New York on the ones and twos. The club will be closed Sunday and Monday.

Even if Kim Kardashian turns out to be nothing but a producer’s puppet, she definitely wouldn’t be the only one in today’s music scene.

It’s a smart move by FriendFeed, as it ports your social graph over from a more popular service. But this simplicity and close tie into Twitter raises a couple concerns.
First, Twitter, a service with which FriendFeed is often compared, hit its watershed moment recently during the Ashton Kutcher/CNN race to a million followers.
Now that it’s mainstream and celebrities are starting to see the benefits of using these types of services to promote themselves, are they already staking out other less mature services to become the “Ashton” of those services and bring them to the mainstream?
Second, FriendFeed co-founder Paul Buchheit isn’t even sure if the Kardashian account really was created by her (or her people). It’s possible that squatters are going to start staking out on popular names in the hope that the service will grow in popularity and gain some of these real celebrities. Or worse, that people are going to start signing up for the service pretending to be celebrities on there.
Either way, it’s just going to lead to a bunch of noise. And some users are already getting upset about it. But there’s hope: Of the 35,000 people that Kardashian friended, only around 350 people subscribed to her. FriendFeed users, a much smaller base than Twitter, seem to be more savvy.
When they see that Kardashian is only porting in her Twitter updates to FriendFeed, they’re probably not going to start following her back, as she adds nothing to the service, which prides itself in conversations about entries.

It’s possible that squatters are going to start staking out on popular names in the hope that the service will grow in popularity and gain some of these real celebrities. Or worse, that people are going to start signing up for the service pretending to be celebrities on there.
Either way, it’s just going to lead to a bunch of noise. And some users are already getting upset about it.

Further, Kim talked about what made her into doing work outs. Her boyfriend, Reggie Bush, of course played the biggest role. She narrated: “He called me and said, ‘Hey babe, how’s the workout going? Did you do it?’ and I said, “Oh I’m in the gym now.’ And I’m in bed in my pajamas!’” she admits. “I was like, this is humiliating. I’m embarrassed and I’m lying about working out! So I’m a different person. Fitness is a way of life now.”

I’ll be honest. I have no idea what Kim Kardashian does. I wouldn’t even know who she is if it weren’t for jokes on Pardon The Interruption (an ESPN sports show) about some sex tape a few years back. But apparently, she joined FriendFeed the other day. And then she immediately added 35,000 users as friends.
Now, she did this thanks to FriendFeed’s new one-click Twitter login functionality. This allows you to sign up for FriendFeed using your Twitter name and transfer your information over via OAuth to FriendFeed, as well as automatically friend anyone you are following on Twitter.
It’s a smart move by FriendFeed, as it ports your social graph over from a more popular service. But this simplicity and close tie into Twitter raises a couple concerns.

Ever since she broke into the spotlight a while ago, Kim Kardashian has taken great pride in her fuller figure, as opposed to the way other stars of her age look.

The socialite, who has already dropped a few sizes ever since she started working out regularly and sticking to a healthy, balanced diet, says that, while slimmer, she still needs to put more work into her abs.
She already has a flat tummy, but it’s not as defined as she would like it to be, Kim adds, vouching that she’ll have a six-pack by summer, no matter what.
“I have been going sooo hard in the gym, and I really feel it’s paying off!” Kardashian is quoted as saying. “My tummy is soo toned.
Why is it that the top part gets ripped first and the lower part is sooo hard to tone up!? I am determined to have a six-pack by summer! In a feminine way, of course.” the socialite and television personality further shares.
Initially a size 6, Kim is now a size 2 and very happy about it. Her secret consists in working out every day at the gym with a personal trainer and sticking to a macrobiotic diet, which includes soy cheese, veggie burgers, tofu and quinoa. She still indulges in French fries and regular burgers every now and then, this admittedly being her only guilty pleasure as regards food, but, even when she does so, she never forgets to be moderate about it.
Kim’s workout plan consists of exercises that focus on all muscles, since she is hardly a fan of sweating outdoors. Each session starts with a warm-up and moves on to cardio exercises with five-pound weights. Squats and lunges, meant for the lower body, are among Kim’s favorites, since she knows very well that this specific part of her body is also the one more prone to giving her headaches. She also does crunches for the abs, and stretching at the end of each session to improve flexibility and avoid sore muscles.
